Yes... I'm of course talking about Elevator Action... Returns!
"Crush the old order and create a new society!"
If you rack up enough points in your bouts with the mysterious Red Suit, you get to enter your initials on the high score board.
You'll even get a comment to go along with your score as well! Can you get the elusive "COOL!" or "EXCELLENT!"?
"Yes... yes! That's the way!"
Determining the comments
Alright, let's start from the beginning! If no credits were used or your score is below 50000, you get "NO COMMENTS.". This is of course not attainable in normal play as you need to use at least 1 credit, and the lowest default score on the board is 50000. This is the comment that the default scores have.
Next, if you used 8 credits or more you simply get "THANKS A LOT.". Thanks a lot for financing Taito!
The game then checks if all digits (except for the lowest two digits) of your score are identical, 55500 and 111105 for example. If this is the case, you'll get "BINGO!".
At this point, the game checks if your name is "AAA". If it is, you get "WHO IS IT?". By the way, the game will censor "SEX" and "KKK" to "AAA", so that'll get you the same comment.
From here on out the comments are based on a combination of your score and credits used, as seen in the table below. And that's it!
